These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Elite Spa communications, appointment-related services, website features, and SMS/text messaging program. By using these services or opting in to receive text messages from Elite Spa, you agree to the applicable terms below.

1. Elite Spa Services

Elite Spa provides information about available treatments and services, customer support, consultation assistance, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and cancellation assistance, and related customer communications.

Service availability, pricing, promotions, appointment times, and locations may change. Information provided through SMS, website, social media, or other communication channels is intended to help customers manage and understand Elite Spa services.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Customers who opt in may receive SMS/text messages from Elite Spa. Messages may include customer-care responses, treatment or service information, appointment scheduling assistance, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling or cancellation updates, and other service-related communications.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Elite Spa, your appointment activity, and the type of assistance requested.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any Elite Spa service. You may continue to contact Elite Spa through other available communication channels if you choose not to receive text messages.

3. Opt-In and Consent

You will receive SMS messages only after providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages from Elite Spa through an applicable opt-in method. By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided and agree to receive messages consistent with the consent you provided.

After opting in to a recurring messaging program, Elite Spa may send a confirmation message identifying Elite Spa, the nature of the messages, message frequency, applicable messaging charges, and instructions for help and opt-out.

4. Opt-Out and Help

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any Elite Spa text message. You may also use other standard opt-out keywords where supported.

For assistance, reply HELP or contact Elite Spa using the information in Section 10 below.

After a valid opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further recurring SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

5. Wireless Carrier Notice

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery of SMS messages depends on your wireless carrier, network availability, device settings, and other factors outside Elite Spa’s control.

6. Appointment Communications

Appointment confirmations and reminders are provided as a convenience. Customers remain responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointment date, time, and location and for contacting Elite Spa if an appointment needs to be changed or canceled.

A delayed, filtered, or undelivered message does not automatically cancel, reschedule, or modify an existing appointment.

7. Customer Responsibilities

When communicating with Elite Spa or using appointment-related services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and appointment information.
  • Use a mobile number that you are authorized to use.
  • Notify Elite Spa if your contact information or appointment details change.
  • Use Elite Spa communications only for lawful and legitimate customer-service purposes.

8. Privacy

Elite Spa’s collection and use of personal information in connection with website, customer-service, appointment, and SMS communications is described in the Elite Spa Privacy Policy.

Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared, sold, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

Elite Spa may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to services, messaging practices, or applicable requirements. The Effective Date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.

Pressotherapy is used to:

  • Duplicate the action on the body of massage
  • Repress the blood through slow and progressive pressure
  • Lymphatic drainage (alleviate oedema or swelling of the leg)
  • Provides immediate leg comfort and lightness
  • Assists in healthy heart function (problems can lead to tapered oedemas because of an inadequate pumping effect)
  • Improves poor skin tone and reduced bags under the eyes
  • Improves loss of muscle tone in near stationary individuals
  • Provides immediate relied and comfort for heavy legs, water retention, cellulite, and poor circulation
  • Helps in body shaping and profiling
  • Weight management
  • Pre- and post-liposuction treatments
  • Reduced localized lipolytic oedema (fatty deposits)
  • Helps prevent venous stasis (stagnation of blood flow in veins, capillaries, and spider veins)
  • Improves blood flow and oxygenation
  • Provides athletic performance enhancement
  • Relief of pains and swelling
  • Increases energy and combat fatigue and depression

How a Pressotherapy machine works

Pressotherapy is typically performed in spas or wellness centres that may also offer facials, waxing, or massage. A trained aesthetician will perform the procedure. Pressotherapy is similar to a lymphatic drainage massage, but while massage is performed by hand, Pressotherapy is administers by a machine that dispense the correct amount of pressure every time. Here’s how the procedure works:

  1. You will arrive at your appointment and be led to the pressotherapy chair or bed. You do not need to remove your clothes. While you can learn how to give yourself an at-home lymphatic drainage massage, pressotherapy should always be done in office with a trained practitioner.
  2. The aesthetician will help you get into the garment (which looks sort of like an astronaut’s space suit). This can be wrapped around the legs, your midsection, arm or all the three.
  3. The garment has tubes on it that are hooked up t a computerised air pressure machine. The garment will inflate with air and you will feel a squeezing sensation that should feel like pressure, not pain.
  4. A typical session will last for 30 to 45 minutes. You body may feel light afterwards, and anecdotally, some people feel they have to urinate right away which could be done due to movement of water in the body. You can get Pressotherapy done as often as twice a week.
